Matronym
After their grandmother’s death, three sisters come together to create a ritual in honor of their foremothers. In search of one very special ancestor, the sisters summon stories of disempowerment, unity, and liberation. Along the way, a central question emerges: Do they themselves want to carry their lineage forward?
